The excellent quality Pure Gourmet premium mineral water seeped down into the ground during the melting that followed the last ice age – down to a depth of 452 meters, which a karst layer has preserved intact for posterity, for us.
At the hundreds of meters down, it took for the water to reach the karst layer, it collected many valuable minerals.
